About the our services
Calm Connections Support Services was created from both professional experience and real-life understanding of what it means to support children and families with diverse needs. Founded by Jess, a Independent support worker, Master kids coach, and mother of ten, Calm Connections is built on a deep belief that every individual deserves to feel safe, understood, and supported in a way that truly works for them. With extensive experience supporting neurodivergent children, including autism, ADHD, PDA, and intellectual disabilities, we take a holistic, person-centred approach. We recognise that no two individuals are the same, and we tailor our support to suit each person’s strengths, interests, and goals. At Calm Connections, we focus on: Building genuine, trusting relationships, Supporting emotional regulation and reducing overwhelm, Creating calm structured environments, Encouraging independence and confidence, Working collaboratively with families and other support networks . We understand the realities of busy households, sensory needs, and the challenges that can come with navigating support systems—because we live it too. Our mission is simple: to bring calm into the chaos, while empowering individuals and families to thrive in their own unique way.
